Where We Ship: Worldwide. Some regions may be excluded due to carrier limits.

Rates & Free Shipping: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over [your threshold].

Delivery Estimates:

• Domestic: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• International: 7–14 business days (customs may add time)

Tracking: A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.

Duties/Taxes: For international orders, recipient is responsible for any customs fees.

Address Issues: Entered the wrong address? Contact us within 2 hours of ordering.

Lost/Damaged: If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery/expected delivery and we’ll help.
